Document management projects are $2,400-$4,200, fixed-fee. Live training is $950 per 2-hour session with unlimited attendees. Pricing is flat and published – no proposal negotiation cycle.

Intranet projects typically run 5–8 weeks from kickoff to delivered training. Document management projects run 3–4 weeks. Hourly consulting can start within one week of purchase. Timelines are agreed up front and don’t slip – fixed-fee means no mid-project change orders or scope additions.

Greg Zelfond does every engagement personally. There are no subcontractors, junior consultants, or offshore teams. You work directly with Greg from the first call through delivery and training.
