New Year, New Location

Hope you had wonderful holidays! Not sure about you, but my holidays and the whole month of December were pretty busy. I was packing (lots of) boxes and moving. For the last five years, for family reasons, I moved to Canada and first lived in Toronto, then in Ottawa. That is where I started my SharePoint blog and founded SharePoint Maven. However, my heart and my soul were always with the city and the country where I lived since immigrating (from Russia) in 1990’s – Boston, Massachusetts, USA. So, Boston is my new (old) home now.

While the new location has a deep personal connection and meaning to me, from SharePoint blog and business perspective, nothing is changing. My blog and business are global, and I will continue to operate virtually and remotely, just like I did before.

The only thing that will change is that now I will write my SharePoint blog posts and create SharePoint sites for clients while eating clam chowdah, instead of filling myself up with poutine and maple syrup.  :-)

Thank you, Canada – it has been a wonderful last 5 years. But it is nice to be back home…
