It’s no secret that SharePoint can be overwhelming. Whether you have a technical background or not, there are so many things to take into consideration when setting up a SharePoint environment that it can be difficult to figure out where to start. While my blog offers a great deal of information, sometimes you really just want to hire someone who can make the “pain go away.”
Whether you’re a do-it-yourselfer looking to learn a few tips or you need a SharePoint expert to manage your migration and configuration, I can help. We can work together in one of two ways.
Option 1: Hourly Consulting
If you are a “hands-on” guy or gal looking for a little help getting “past the hump” of setting up or managing a SharePoint environment, then hourly consulting might be the best option for you. This service is perfect for people looking for an experienced SharePoint expert they can tap on an as needed basis.
There are no contracts to sign. You just pay for the hours you use. My hourly rate is 150 USD per hour.

Option 2: Flat Fee Statement of Work
If you want me to create a SharePoint site or build an Intranet portal for your organization, then a fixed fee arrangement will be your best option. This service is perfect for people looking to hire an experienced SharePoint expert who can take your project from idea to reality.
After an initial discussion (via phone or Web meeting) to learn more about your business requirements, I will provide you with a fixed fee estimate that covers the cost of our business requirements sessions, design review meetings, SharePoint configuration, and employee training. (I always include training in my proposals because without it, your SharePoint implementation will fail.)
No matter what your needs are, I will always break down a project into smaller phases of short duration. This not only gives you the opportunity to quickly see tangible progress it’s also easier your budget. While most of my clients spend between 2,500 and 3,500 USD, to receive an exact estimate I would need to know more about your specific needs.
“SharePoint has been a great tool for pulling everyone at our company together into a single platform for projects, asset documentation, and day to day operations. Greg was able to give us a LOT of guidance on the capabilities of SharePoint and was able to design what we needed. SharePoint is not something to “try” on your own without expert help.”
